About Polish American Poets Academy

Polish American Poets Academy, Inc. was founded in 2003 as a result, and in the belief that Polish American poets deserve an institution that can confer the support and recognition in the U.S. and elsewhere. Polish American Poets Academy is non- profit, charitable, literary organization with 501 (c)(3) status.

Its mission is to support and promote Polish American poets at all stages of their careers and to foster the appreciation of poetry.

The Academy sponsors poetry contests, a Poet of the Year competition, poetry books promotion and offers critic services, help in finding publishers on Polish and American Poets Market, and a poetry book revising. The Academy also publishes chapbooks.
